I’m so consumed by work—no Saturdays off, just relentless grinding day and night. Every day, the workload piles up, and managing everything solo feels like drowning in an endless sea of responsibilities. The stress, the pressure, and the creeping stages of depression feel like a living hell. Sometimes, I think I’d rather be a farmer, living a simpler life.
But my mindset won’t let me quit. I started this journey, and I refuse to leave it unfinished. The battles I’ve fought within myself—between thoughts, execution, and persistence—are unbearable at times.
What if I had a team? Yes, a team would have made things easier, but finding skilled, strong-minded individuals willing to build something from the ground up is rare. Everyone wants to join a big company, but no one wants to create one. The mess I’m dealing with is overwhelming, and those I’ve hired so far prefer the stability of a small, established business. Right now, there’s no one I can rely on to stand and fight alongside me. That’s why I must first clear this chaos—only then can I build the right team.
To My Future Team:
I’m writing this in the midst of chaos, at a time when I’m turning this mess into a thriving paradise where you’ll one day work with joy and freedom. I didn’t give up. I gave an entire year of my life—without a single day off—fully dedicated to making this dream a reality. And because of that, you now have a place to thrive.
